These terms govern your use of JoinLGCY.com and its pages (the “Site”), operated by LGCY Power, LLC (“LGCY”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site gives information about sales careers with LGCY and lets you apply. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment or of an independent contractor agreement. Any working relationship is governed only by a separate written agreement.
Earnings and results
Commission checks, earnings figures, incentive trips and other results shown on the Site are examples from individual reps. They are not typical, average or guaranteed. What you earn depends on your effort, skill, hours, market, product availability, financing approvals, installation and other factors outside anyone’s control, and many reps earn less. Incentives and programs have their own rules, can change and can end.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice explain how we handle information you give us. You agree that what you submit is true and is yours to submit.
Messages
If you give us your email or phone number, we may contact you about your application. Text messages are sent only if you agree, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. That includes submitting false information, applying for someone else, trying to break or overload the Site, scraping it, or using it to break the law.
Content and trademarks
The Site and its content, including the LGCY name, logos, Pitch, Canvass and Rai, belong to LGCY or its licensors. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Third-party logos and awards belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as canvass.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, LGCY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LGCY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or earnings, arising from your use of the Site. LGCY’s total liability for any claim about the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts in Utah County, Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when posted here.
