Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LGCY Power, LLC (“LGCY,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through JoinLGCY.com and its pages (the “Site”). The Site is a recruiting site for people interested in sales careers with LGCY. It does not cover homeowner sales or the main LGCY Power website.
California residents should also read our California Privacy Notice.
Information you give us
When you apply, take the welcome-back quiz or fill out any form, we collect what you enter. That can include:
- Name, email address and mobile phone number
- The state or market you want to sell in, your experience and your answers to quiz questions
- Whether you agree to receive text messages, with the time and the consent wording you saw
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This includes:
- Pages you view, the sections you scroll to, how long sections stay on screen, buttons and links you click, how far you scroll and how long you are active on a page
- Which form fields you fill in (not what you type until you submit), and whether you start a form without finishing it
- Referring website, campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source), and the first page you landed on
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, device type and time zone
- An identifier stored in a cookie or your browser’s local storage that lets us recognize the same browser on later visits
If you reach the Site from a link in an email or text we sent you, the link may contain an identifier that ties your visit to your existing record with us.
How we use information
- To review your application and contact you about sales roles
- To route you to the recruiting manager or sales leader for the market you chose, and to share your application and Site activity with that person
- To send you emails and, if you agreed, text messages about your application, openings, training, events and incentives
- To understand which pages and messages are useful, and to improve the Site and our recruiting
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with law
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, you agree that LGCY may send recruiting text messages, including automated messages, to the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of employment or of working with LGCY. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share information with:
- LGCY sales leaders and recruiting managers who may work with you
- Service providers that run the Site and our messaging for us, including our website host (Webflow), our customer engagement platform (Customer.io), spam protection (Cloudflare) and text and email delivery providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Our affiliates, and a buyer or successor if LGCY is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of LGCY, our users or others
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage to remember your visits, keep track of the campaign that brought you here, and measure how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the Site may not work as expected. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in our California Privacy Notice.
How long we keep information
We keep application and activity information for as long as we need it for recruiting, for any working relationship that follows, and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties. We then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@lgcypower.com
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
